Group consists of an Engineering, Procurement and Contractor (EPC) company,
Investment Company and Engineering Consultant. Currently we are focusing on
developing Run of River Hydro Power Project that would provide clean energy to
the environment. We are a group of
experienced engineers committed to invest in the clean Hydro Power with the
focus of increasing Indonesian Renewable Energy portfolio and at the same time
developing better infrastructure to the community around our project area.
Being active developing hydroelectric potentials in Indonesia, we are blessed
for being able to take part in the rural development throughout Indonesia. We
strive for sustainability in all aspects of our business: the energy we
produce, the contribution we make to local communities and the revenues we

Legal Officer
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree of Law
- Have at least 3 years similar position, preferably from similar companies. Able to operate computer.
- Have good communication skills.
- Able to speak English active both oral and written. Preferably the draft master contract in English.
- Familiar with the content of legal documents, especially contracts and agreements, to ensure compliance with applicable legal standards.
- Prepare and check the completeness of corporate legal documents, related to the operational activities of the company.
- Updating the latest developments relating to legal, such as rules, regulations, etc
