Junior Associate Lawyer
Responsibilities :
- Conducting legal research and legal analysis, regulatory laws and investment problem
- Drafting and editing correspondence, contracts, legal instruments, etc
- Performing tasks assigned by the managing partner and partners
- Maintaining the progress of the client's assignment sheet
- Updating the status of each case
- Preparing necessary documents, as to print, make copies, to scan, etc.
- Preparing legal documents, including summaries, proposals, pleadings, appeals, affidavit, and other documents.
Requirement :
- Having experiences/background in litigation and/ corporate matter min. 2 years
- Having advocate license at least practice card legally from advocate association
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
- Age between 24 - 32 years old
- Minimum S1 majoring in Law from a reputable university
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Willing to work overtime & under pressure
- Good communication and correspondence skills in English
