several high caliber self motivated and skilled candidates to fill the
following positions:
Legal Officer
Responsibilities :
- Make necessary legal opinion on various legal issues relating the customers
- Drafting and reviewing various of contract
- Updating current legal issues
- Handling litigation
- Maintain current update on state laws and regulations pertaining to investment, Indonesia Companies Law (UU PT), OJK, and Capital Market
- Having, maintaining, and establishing good relationship or rapport with various regulatory entities in Indonesia.
- Conducting legal audit and ensuring legal compliance of activities including activities of other companies in the Group to comply with the existing regulations.
- Maintaining and managing communication and correspondence with external parties.
- Ensure Corporate Social Responsibility pertaining to the company’s operational activities.
Skills Required :
- Good spoken and writing in both English and Bahasa
- Basic understanding of finance, banking, and insurance industry and products.
- Knowledgeable in the regulations and procedures in BKPM, Investment Board, and/or any other investment regulatory body.
Requirements :
- Male or Female
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Minimum experience 2 - 7 years in contract drafting
- Experience in EPC company is an advantage
- Able to travel to site or out of town
- Good computer literate
- Good personality & good communication skill is also a must
