Human Resource Officer
Responsibilities:
- Processing Payroll and Data
- Know how to handle Industrial Relation
- Processing Compensation & Benefit for employee
- Know how to make a module for training
Requirements:
- Maximum 30 years old
- S1 in Law or Economic
- Have experience in HR minimum 3 years, especially in payroll/IR (Industrial Relations)/C&B (Compensation & Benefit)
- Good knowledge in current Indonesian Labor Regulation is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Self-starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
- Able to work in the team
