Legal Officer Project
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 1 year experience as Legal Officer
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Good understanding of any aspects of Indonesia law
- Sufficient understanding of property law and compliance, as well as business issues will be an advantage
- Attend to details and have strong skills in legal documentation and legal research
- Computer literate with excellent skills of Microsoft Office
- Maximum Age 27 years old
Responsibilities:
- Handling company's corporate issues, documentations and basic licenses
- Direct involvement in certain corporate projects
- Maintaining on time deliverables of legal services to both external and internal customers
- Drafting and reviewing business contracts
