HR and GA Senior Staff

Responsibilities:

• Responsible in updating the employee database in HRIS
• Maintain daily attendance in attendance system and make sure that forms are filled accordingly
• Make monthly attendance report, leave report, late report
• Maintain the schedule of employee probation date and appraisal period
• Check, calculate and make report of weekly allowance to be paid
• Check, calculate and summarize overtime hour and pay
• Process the renewal of agreements, license, maintenance, and service support and maintain the expiry date
• Update maintenance record of company assets.
• Assist in recruitment and selection process

Requirements:

• Maximal 30 years old
• Minimal Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Law / Psychology
• Has minimal 3 years of experience in a B2B industry company<
• Knowledge in Indonesian labor law &amp; its supporting decree
• Good knowledge in processing license, company documents, heavy equipment documents, etc
• Excellent communication skill
• Able to multitask and have a great sense of urgency
• Willing to travel to branch and warehouse if needed
• A motivated person with high initiative
