Litigation Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Drafting the lawsuit, answers, replik, duplik, submit evidence, conclusions, appeal, appeal, cassation memory cons, cons memory of Cassation
- Do the mentoring/assisting law
- Drawing up strategies and measures in the handling of a matter both civil or criminal
- Can work together with the team and can devise a scale of priorities in daily work
- Have the ability of analysis, and solutions in reviewing a matter
Requirements:
- Minimum age 23-27 years
- Education Law Degree
- GPA of at least 3.00
- Graduates of Universities or private accredited A
- Have at least 1 year experience as a legal officer in the field of insurance/bank (preferred)
- Master of civil law/criminal law, law firms, insurance
- Attitude and behavior is good and able to cooperate with the team
- Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
- Follow the Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) Peradi
