Industrial Relation Senior
Requirements:
- Male, age maximum of 27 years
- Minimum 3.00 GPA (scale 4.00)
- At least Bachelor degree of law from the leading educational institutions in Indonesia and abroad
- Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of industrial relations
- Mastering employment regulations (UU No. 13/2003)
- Have knowledge and experience in the making and implementation of the regulation of the company, associated with DISNAKER and unions
- Understand the human resource management, master form of Agreement, company regulations, the PKB, and the procedures for licensing foreign labor
- Active in the English, the use of language and interpreting
- Mastering the use of computers (at least the internet and Ms Office.)
