  • Responsible for Legal
  • Planning the work and efficiently organizing to meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Maximum age 28 years old
  • S1 Law from reputable University
  • Minimum 2 Years Experiences in dealing with public listed companies matters and dealing with corporate action such as RUPS & Right Issues.
  • Able to developing and maintaining policies in areas
  • Maintain Organizational development
  • Having knowledge on Labor Law & Corporate Law
  • Able to make Agreement & Contract
  • Fluent in both oral and written English will be a plus
  • Team Player but able to work independently
  • Able to work underpressure with tight schedule
  • Willing to work at Bekasi Area
