Corporate Legal
Responsibilities:
- To draft and/or review agreements and other legal documentation
- To monitor regulatory requirements relating to industry
- To assist in overseeing compliance framework of the Company and Group
- To provide advice, views and opinion to local management and to the Group
- To assist immediate supervisor in recovery actions for any NPL accounts including taking legal actions where necessary
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Law from reputable universities with minimum GPA 2.75
- Minimum 6 years’ experience from banking or multi-finance industry
- Good understanding of Indonesian laws
- Have strong skills in legal drafting and reviewing business contracts
- Proficiency in English
- Able to work under pressure as a team or individual
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel when required
- High integrity, high sense of commitment, responsible, disciplined, hardworking, willing to learn and has good initiative
