Requirements:

• Having minimum Bachelor Degree of Hotel Management/ Labor Law / Psychology/ Management Educational Background
• Having same or related job experience minimum for 2 years.
• Mastering computer operation for “Office Program” (writing, spread sheet, presentation, & internet)
• Mastering knowledge & skill of Human Resource & Development
• Strong Leadership and able to work under pressure
• Sound knowledge of Quality Management System & Hotel Operations
• Good command in English writing & speaking
