HR Business Partner

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Law, Management, Psychology or Industrial Engineering from reputable university
• At least 2 to 4 years relevant experiences.
• Having experience in Industrial Relations and/or training activities will be advantage
• Knowledge of ISO implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking & excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people.
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Expert user of MS Excell and numerically inclined.
• Well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible in various human resources functions on factory, which include recruitment, training, performance monitoring, employee relations and business partner role.
• Work closely with Department Head and support implementation of the Business activities
• Maintain good relationship with Management Team, Union Executives and other informal leaders.
