Compliance Staff

Requirements:

• S1 Degree from related educational background
• At least two years working experience as a Compliance Officer in Manufacture Company (Garment Manufacturing will be an advantage)
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Familiar in handling buyers social compliance audit and able to write response to audit finding
• Demonstrate understanding with proven practical implementation of Social Compliance and CTPAT
• Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulation and Indonesian Labor Law
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Integrity and trust with strong drive to tighten controls in assuring that the company meets and ultimately exceeds customer standard.
• Flexible and adaptable with strong ability to interact and work with people at all levels
• Computer literate
