Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overall legal activities including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreement or other legal document
- Organizing company Legal Documents and updating the document regularly
- The Corporate Manager Legal Assisting in preparing legal opinion and advising the management on general issues that may arise from time to time
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years old
- A minimum of 1 year (s) of experience in the related field is required for this position
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from a reputable University
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Good attitude and manner, good communication skills
- Having good knowledge about corporate Law and Regulations, Business Law, contract Review, and Legal Licenses
