Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (“the Company”) engages in retail industry, category of
Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) and specialty products, in supermarket
format, with average area of 800m2 – 4.000m2. The supermarket sells daily
necessities products and household items, such as rice, cooking oil, sugar,
milk, candy, cigarettes, personal care items, fruits, vegetables, meats and
frozen processed products (ice cream and frozen food). Later on, the Company
made improvements and adjustments to the initial concept to the Indonesian
market and lifestyle. From the very beginning, the Company has positioned
itself as specialty store with unique concept, targeting high end and mid high
customer profile, and focused on uniqueness and quality of premium products.
Legal
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for all legal matters, contracts review, and cases.
Requirements:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law will be advantage.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably from retail / f & b industry).
- Having experience in Go Public (Tbk) Company is a must.
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Must be proficient legally and well versed with law of contract.
- Good analytical and drafting skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Placement : Head Office Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
