Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Providing free legal advice in making a contract/agreement and make the concept of contract/agreement and negotiating the necessary associated with it.
- Help looking for rules and regulations required by the Legal Dept. and other departments:
- Research the law for the purposes of making of contract and free legal advice and answer the problems that arise.
- Do the organizing filing legal documents of the company.
- Assist in the legal compliance of the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum education S-1 fresh graduate law degree.
- Have the experience of the organization.
- Master Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and can use the Internet.
- Have good communication skill and ability to negotiate.
- Can work in a team and under pressure.
