Legal Supervisor
Responsibilities:
At
least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Preferably
Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services
or equivalent.
Prepare
legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may arise
from time to time
Handling
Litigation Process
Requirements:
Male/Female,
Maximum age 30 Years Old
Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate
Degree, Law or equivalent.
Minimum
1-3 years working experience in the legal field, preferable at the Mining
Company or Law Firm or Notary Office.
Having
solid knowledge especially in mining and business law.
Strong
exposure in drafting and reviewing contract/agreement.
Required
language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
Discipline
and pay attention to details.
Possessing
high level of interpersonal and communication skill.
Computer
literate.
