are the first company started manufacturing Vending machine in Indonesia. PT.
Metec Semarang established on 3rd March, 1996, we are a manufacture of the
KUBOTA vending machine. A vending machine is a machine which dispenses items
such as beverages, snacks, tickets and other consumer products to customers
automatically. We are subsidiary of Kubota. KUBOTA is a Japanese
machinery company, widely known throughout the world for its agricultural
machineries and KUBOTA has manufactured a vending machine since 1963. PT. Metec
Semarang achieved total productions of 300,000 units as the one of the
factories in KUBOTA group on February in 2011. Until 2012 we have been focused
to export our products to overseas market, but in 2013, we started selling
KUBOTA vending machine in Indonesia market in order to establish a comfortable
life environment that people can enjoy shopping whenever and wherever they
want. We will open Jakarta branch office in TB Simatupang on October 2014.
Legal Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handle for Agreement (Sales Agreement, Reseller Agreement, Value Added Agreement, Sales Agreement, Distributor agreement, Addendum)
- Negotiate, review and draft doc for business transactions
- Communicate and coordination all legal aspect to other dept
Requirements:
- Minimum 27 Years old
- Law University Graduation (Bachelor Degree) Experience for preparing tender doc, contract agreement
- Have experience of more than 3 year as legal officer / supervisor
