Legal Staff
Responsibilities:
- Review ongoing cases and advise management accordingly
- Review and create draft contract & agreement and internal policies, and ensure that company policy has compliance with all statutory or legal requirement
Requirement:
- S1, from law education
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferable from legal staff
- Preferable has experience from mining industries
- Preferable 22 – 35 year old
- Mastering criminal law, civil law, bankruptcy law, licensing
- Familiar handle any legal corporate issue
- Drafter specialist contract design, agreement design, etc
- Familiar use Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point
- Good attitude & interpersonal skill
