Litigation
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Law.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years litigation experience in law firm or company.
- PERADI Licensed.
- Male, Minimum 28 years old.
- Willing to travel.
- Having knowledge of permit and license is a plus.
- PKPA certificate.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting company in litigation process which includes reports to the police and assisting in the court if necessary.
- Conducting internal investigation and make reports on compliance related to any litigation case occurs.
- Assisting company in permit and license process.
