Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Prepares legal drafts, review legal document and provide legal advice for company purpose.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses
- Summaries and report as required to complete legal matter and project
Requirement:
- Minimum S1 in Law Degree with major in economic/business law, private law
- Minimum 1 year experience in law firm or legal departement and handle corporate law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core and ligitation
- Good command in English, Both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Technical and practical knowledge in legal aspect and matters
- Conceptual an ability in developing legal letter as legal document
- Ability to deal with complexity while maintaining composure
- Good time management
- Service oriented and pro-active
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
