Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Able to set up, administering company licences and at the same time monitoring legal licences of existing companies.
- Experienced in coordinating with OJK and BEI
- Have a good communication skill with legal institution, including notary and legal consultants
- Experienced in making the agreement / contract and legal document
- Understand capital markets law and maritime law
- Have experience in organizing RUPS
- Experienced in managing the Company's document
Requirements:
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven active member of any advocate association is an advantage
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
