Junior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate and litigation.
- Providing legal opinion, review and drafting Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company..
- Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 26
- A Law Degree (S.H.) from reputable university with good academic result or a Master Degree of Law (LL.M or M.Kn) is preferable
- Excellent command in English is a must
- Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self motivated, result oriented and a team player.
