The
Company was incorporated in Jakarta in 1981 aimed engaging itself in the
business of developing housing and commercial building areas. In 1984, the
Company began developing Melati Mas Residence (formerly Villa Melati Mas) In
2000, company's shareholder, PT. Gama Nusapala bought company's ownership from
PT. Misori Utama and PT. Indokisar Djaya. This changed ownership was also
followed by the same change to the company's management. And as the company
Management changes, In 2005, the company changed its name from PT. Internusa
Artacipta into PT. Karya Cipta Putra Indonesia With the rapid development of
Melati Mas Residence, in 2004, the company began a new housing complex called
Serpong Park. Through this project, the company attempts to get into a
different market segment by selling houses at a more affordable price than that
of Melati Mas Residence.
Legal Staff (Land
Acquisition)
Responsibilities :
- Checking of documents authorized institutions on the ground.
- Check the validity of the document of land (girik, certificates, documents and selling).
- Understand the process of land acquisition and Sertification.
- Filing/documentation.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Law or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
