Legal Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal memorandums to Management concerning certain property-related legal issues
- Conduct regular training and discussion with their respective administrators
- Drafting Warning Letter/Notification Letter/Letter that related to the Project
- Work is 90% in office 10% outside office
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Law from an accredited University
- Minimum 3 years related job experience in contract drafting, contract negotiations, Land Law practices, preferably with in telecommunications industry
- Must have successfully completed the Advocate Test (Ujian Advokat) and be able to provide a copy of the Certificate. Holding the Advocate License (Ijin Advokat) is not required.
- Must have a good attitude and display ability to work in a team environment
- Must be fluent English both Oral and Written
- Ability to travel for work
- Have knowledge of basic HSE
