Paralegal

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legal due diligence of the required company’s licenses application in the business activity, according to regulations of central government and regional government, in regards to: establishment of new company; change of legal entity and change of or addition of the business activity location.
• Identifying company’s licenses expiration and providing report to her Superior
• Preparing reports of capital investment activity (LKPM) of Navigat Group companies to be submitted to BKPM/BKPMD in accordance to prevailing regulations
• Preparing KYC (Know Your Customer) and contract or agreement with our Agency or Consultant

Requirements:

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Fluent in English both written or spoken is a must
• Expertise in permit and license management
• Have a good knowledge in Legal Aspect of Power Plant Industry is an advantage
• Familiar with government regulation, especially electricity sector and company investment
• Familiar with company business license
• Full-Time position(s) available.
