Solution and Engineering services. Our OSS solution is SERVO which capable of
handling all Network Element Technology and Vendor agnostic, which enable
telecom operator to manage their networks in terms of Performance, Configuration,
Fault and Service Quality Management. Our product is standardized based on
e-TOM / ITU-T Rec. M3050. We also deliver engineering services by providing
quality resources and project management expertise. Our services include Radio
Network Planning, Field Testing, Infrastructure Implementation, Network
Performance Optimization & Improvement. Some of our clients are TELKOMSEL,
INDOSAT and Nokia Siemens Networks. We are seeking highly motivated individuals
with the following positions:
Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and monitoring corporate legal activity such a legal opinion, Litigation, Mediation, Review Contract
- And provides support as well as advices to the company related to legal issue with the intention to protect the importance and existence of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of Law
- Minimal 3 years experience in related field
- Have experience in contract drafting, contract commercial aspects, and license and permits especially related to ICT Company or ICT Project, and capital markets regulations and compliance
- Interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Regulation of Limited Company
- Have a good communication skills in English both oral and written.
