PT Green Energy Natural Gas represents a Group of JADE Resources, JADE Resources Group is a group of individual companies that began in 2008. We currently specialize in providing a source of energy for industry in Indonesia. Over the past two and a half years since 2010, our company has set up three stations in three different locations in Java: Pasuruan, Krian areas, Gresik. In 2012, JADE Group consists of six companies working in a variety of types of energy resources. All of the company's work harmoniously to build a friendly environment and also healthier. We are seeking for highly motivated, dynamic, independent individuals and disciplined person who willing to come forward and can work independently and team work and be one of our great team.

Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Bridging the subject of legalization the company with third parties including legal drafting, legal opinion and legal review
• Provides the supporting legal documents, such as: power of Attorney, affidavit, the Treaty's integrity and MoU
• Handling and maintaining all of the company's business license and permits, such as: SIUP, TDP, SKD
• Plan, develop and implement public relations strategies

Requirements:

• Minimal education Bachelor of law
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in the same position, preferably in the company of oil and gas
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work with targets and under minimum supervision
