Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Creating / reviewing the MOU, aggreement, Power of Attorney, or official letter legal on demand
- Perform correspondence with the authorities in government agencies and private
- Reporting to the Management for any development process of making / extension of the company legal documents
- Provide legal opinion to the Management, the Department of related companies
- Review the relevant rules of trade, investment, manufacturing procedures / extension legality of the company
Responsibilities:
- Maximum age 30 years
- Education Min. S1 Business Law
- Minimum GPA 3:00
- Have experience Company Legal Minimum 3 years (preferred)
- Have SIM A / C
- Willing to offices outside the city
- Discipline, initiative
- Able to work under pressure
