Legal Property
Requirements :
- Education Bachelor Degree of law.
- Maximum Age 30 years.
- Experience on the notary a minimum of 3 years in the field of property Control in the field of land, property and licensing agreements related to business property
Responsibilities:
- Understanding and managing the associated legal procedures regarding the property.
- Create documents with tenant lease agreement.
- Coordinate with related parties in making agreements with the tenant.
- Identify and reduce the risk of the law to deal with the problems during the implementation of the agreement.
- Ensure the legality and completeness of land certificates and documents
