Senior Legal Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal drafts
- Review legal documents
- Help giving advices to guide development of products, services and policies
- Monitor fraud activities and fraud prevention
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses.
- Summarize & report as required to complete legal matter and project
- Engage directly with police officer and Law Enforcer
- Represent Company meetings with police officer and government officials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university with GPA; 3,00.
- Experience of minimum 1 year in legal position (fresh graduate are welcome).
- Good communication, relationship, and negotiation skill.
- Familiar with policies and regulations governing license and permit programs.
- Expert and have experience in Criminal Law is a must
