HR & Legal Staff

Requirements:

• Male/Female, max.27 years old
• Minimum Diploma in Psychology, Law, or Business Management Resources with GPA 2.75 (State University) 3.00 (Private University)
• Able to work in Individual & team.
• Conversant with Indonesian labor laws
• Have the ability to create and implement an effective HR program including Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Employee Orientation, Training & Development Performance Appraisal, Remuneration System, Staff Relation, Industrial Relations , Policy Development and able to handle all issues related to claims and settlementeferably.
• have experience min. 2-3
• English literate, Both Written and oral
• Understand corporate & civil law well and good ability to make contracts, review agreements, and other legal matters
• Great communication skill and Team Player
• Discipline, Loyal, Thorough, Initiative and Dedicated.
• Having Driver license A and C
