Legal Officer
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting Legal Manager in undertaking and performing his/her duties and functions
- Undertaking practical legal and regulatory research
- Reviewing transaction documents assigned to him/her by the Legal Manager
- Preparing basic transaction documents assigned to him / her by the Legal Manager
- Undertaking filing and documentation maintenance for corporate documents and other legal administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a reputable law firm with wide variety of basic technical and practical experience, including legal research and participation in legal due diligence exercise
- Strong legal and regulatory research ability
- Strong analytical ability
- Solid basic and fundamental knowledge of law
- Graduated from reputable law school
- Eager to learn, hard-working and able to work under pressure
- Willing to undertake multi-tasking assignments
- Willing to undertake extensive traveling and work under high mobility environment
- Work place in Bali
