Dharmamulia Prima Karya known as PT. DPK founded on October 1, 1997 by the
pension funds of PT Sari Husada tbk with a majority shareholding last one is at
96% and Koperasi Serba Usaha karyawan PT Sari Husada / KOPERKASA with a stake
of 4%. Then on the 29th October 2012 PT Dharmamulia Prima Karya (PT DPK) owned
by PT ADYAWINSA GROUP majority shareholding of 96% . And on August 18, 2014
there is a change in ownership where the current ownership of PT. Dharmamulia
Prima Karya held by a few shareholders with a composition as much as 73.5%
shares owned by Ms. Ariyanti Koswara, 13.5% shares owned by Mr. Teguh
Pantjatmono and 13% shares owned by Mr. Yudi Budiyarto. PT DPK engaged in,
Transportation , Human Resources services also developing General Trading, CME and
Telco.
Legal Staff
Requirements:
- Maximum age 27 years old
- At least Bachelor degree of law
- Understand the making of a work contract and regulations labour
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of work in teams and individuals
- Neat Administration
- Experienced/Fresh Graduated
